Santerna Insurance operates as an insurance agency. It is not tied to a single insurer; it acts as intermediary for the products of several insurers. The insurance contract is with the relevant insurer; policy scope, cover and premiums are set by the policy and general conditions issued by the insurer.

3. Informational content

Articles, insurance type pages, FAQs and inLog content on the site are for general information and are not insurance, legal, tax or investment advice. Scope, exclusions, limits and premiums vary by insurer and policy; what binds is the quote presented to you and the policy issued.

4. Quotes

No online quotes or policies are sold through our website. Filling in the contact form does not create an insurance contract. Quotes depend on insurers’ current terms and the accuracy of the information you give, are valid for a limited time and may change.

5. Giving accurate information

For quotes and policies to be prepared properly, the information you give must be accurate and complete. A false or incomplete declaration may adversely affect policy cover and claim payments.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo and other content of the site belong to Santerna Insurance or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission. Insurer names and logos on the site are the trademarks of those companies and are used only to show the agency relationship.

7. Limit of liability

Site content is prepared with care but is not guaranteed to be complete, current or error-free. No liability is accepted for uninterrupted availability of the site or for content on third-party links. This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law.

Turkish law applies to these terms. For disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the competent authorities under consumer legislation.
