At Santerna Insurance we care about the privacy of the information you share with us. This policy briefly summarises what information is collected when you use our website and how it is protected. For details, read the Privacy Notice (KVKK).

The contact form

In the “Call me back” form we only ask for your name, phone number, the topic you are interested in and, if you wish, a short message. We do not ask for health information, ID numbers, card details or passwords in forms; please do not write them. Your information is used only to get back to you and prepare quotes.

How do we protect your information?

• Communication between our website and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Only our authorised team can access your requests.
• In request records your IP address is kept only in an irreversibly hashed form.
• Technical measures are in place against automated and malicious submissions.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your information or pass it to third parties for marketing. In quote and policy processes it may be shared with the relevant insurers at your request, and with competent authorities where we are legally required to.

Our website is not aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
